The American Express Global Recruitment Coordination COE is a key function within the Global Talent Acquisition that handles all the activities post candidate identification leading to seamless offer release and joining at Amex. This position will report to the Team Leader , TA Co-ordinator. This role will be a part of Colleague Experience Group (CEG) and shall partner closely with Recruitment Team to best-in-class candidate and colleague and Hiring Leader experience.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Support hiring leaders in raising requisitions timely and accurately.
Manage Shared Mailbox to route all new requisitions received to the GTA Managers for next steps.
Ensure high quality results, process compliance to operating guidelines and aligning with global recruitment standards.
Co-ordinate interview schedules for candidates utilizing internal email calendar technology (i.e. Microsoft Outlook) and our video interview platform, any schedule changes and modify the schedule accordingly.
Manage Visitor Management System to pre-register candidates for interview (in person) as per protocol for smooth entry.
Regular reporting of data accuracy with needed follow ups with recruitment team members across the regions to ensure system adherence.
Work closely with candidates, hiring leaders and recruiters to ensure real-time communication on any pre offer queries.
Support recruiters by sending in disposition correspondence as needed.
Collect interview guides and all requisite process details and file accordingly.
Maintain compliance to standard recruitment processes.
Comply with department of labor mandates and external/internal audits.
Ensure data integrity throughout the Recruiting lifecycle this includes loading new positions into the ATS, scanning and saving supporting documentation, and maintaining data routinely.
Participate in industry events, travel within and outside primary work location for recruitment activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3+years of relevant experience in running full cycle recruitment experience, system adherence and process governance.
Prior experience in recruiting support & administration activities like screening, scheduling, offer management.
Proficient with Excel & Power point. Ability to lead large data points and create dashboards and snippets.
In-depth knowledge of the recruitment systems, ATS (Taleo), HRIS and recruitment policies
Ability to handle challenging priorities in a fast-paced environment.
