We are seeking a gifted and talentedStrategic Account Excecutiveto join ourBerlinoffice.

This role involvesengagingqualified strategic prospects,demoingthe Aircall solution, providingtechnicalassistance, successfully navigating aproof of conceptandnegotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people.
Key Responsibilities:

Leverage exceptional prospecting skills tobuild pipelineand find new business;
GuideSMB/Mid-Market prospectsthrough our sales cycle from qualified to closing, while documenting all customer interactions (calls, emails, demos) in Salesforce;
Use aconsultative selling approachto uncover pain points and educate prospects about Aircall's value through conversational discovery calls & tailored demos;
Work closelywith other teams (Sales Development, Onboarding, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Support) to drive opportunities across the finish line;
Accuratelyforecastnew revenue each week, month, and quarter, crush your quota and deliver revenue;
Represent Aircall withintegrity and professionalismat all times in all written and oral communications.
Qualifications:

Fluent in Germanwith a full professional proficiency in English;
A minimum of 2 years of experience closing SMB/Mid-Market business (in SaaS) with a deal size ranging from 30-100 K€ ARR;
Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline through prospection;
A proactive, driven sales approach to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment;
Familiarity with SPICED or MEDDIC Sales Methodology & ability to challenge prospects & status quo;
The willingness to learn and be coached! Our product, sales processes, team, and company will continue to evolve and there is always more to learn;
You're resourceful and scrappy: you will figure out what you need quickly to get the job done and get the deal across the finish line. You don't wait for answers to come to you, you go out and find answers;
A desire to grow within the AE role for 2-3 years minimum. This is a long-term role with plenty of room for individual development (and significant earning potential!)
