Key Responsibilities:

Grow and nurture a portfolio ofScale customersin theFrench Market ( French and English speakers)
Maximise your portfolio's expansion whileminimizing churn and contraction
Gather customerproduct feedbackto help shape and define theproduct roadmap
Develop and automate our processes, practices & tools
Bring innew ideasto delight our customers
Qualifications:

Strong previous experience in a similar role
SaaS background mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English & French
