About the Role
We are looking for motivated Individuals who are passionate about delivering successful outcomes for enterprise customers. The Product Delivery Manager (PDM) is part Functional Consultant and part Project Manager. In this critical role - the PDM will accelerate time to value of business outcomes and ensure successful large-scale and complex implementations integrating with a robust tech stack (Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, etc.).
Responsibilities
Eightfold Implementations:
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout an Eightfold implementation.
Understand customer business challenges and use cases.
Provide functional leadership while guiding enterprise customers through complex implementations.
Partner with Solution Architects, Product, and Engineering to support successful implementations and drive business outcomes.
Configure EF's AI Platform according to best practices for quick time to value.
Escalate issues to ensure they are being addressed in a timely fashion and focused on the customer's success.
Manage Eightfold project scope, timeline, team resources and their day-to-day project tasks in accordance with SOW, as well as manage change orders as needed.
Conduct post implementation reviews to refine best practices.
Partner Implementations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners to support their successful implementations, as well as build their delivery expertise and capabilities.
Monitor assigned partner projects with a focus on quality and customer's success.
Provide expertise and guidance to Eightfold partners and customers.
Continuously review and improve methodology and delivery best practices- encouraging innovation in technology and process.
Escalate issues to ensure they are being addressed in a timely fashion and focused on the customer's success.
Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in: functional consulting, professional services, and/or project management
Experience with successfully managing large-scale ATS/HRIS system implementations such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle or other talent/recruitment management software platforms for multiple enterprise customers
Extra points for experience working with partners and enabling their successful implementations
Strong Project execution and project management skills
Functional Consulting experience
Experience in defining business requirements and additional scope for change orders and expansion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in managing IT, consulting, or SaaS projects/implementations
Strong resource planning
Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants
Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering is preferred OR equivalent work experience will be considered
Direct hands-on experience with enterprise-grade HCM systems, SaaS and project management technology is a plus.
