How will you make an impact in this role?
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Product owner to join the Global Personalization Products Team. The Product owner will develop features for backend Digital Personalization Engine - focusing on defining the roadmap and strategy for the end-to-end prospect experiences for American Express Onsite Channels (Homepage, Consumer, Commercial, and MGM)
With an outcome-first approach our core goals include driving acquisition, engagement, digital adoption, and revenue contribution. This Product Manager will partner closely with a team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, analytics and effectively engage multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Define your product vision and your roadmap by working with leadership, key stakeholders, and partners
Drive product development for experiences with millions of daily views, partnering closely with the shop, decision science, and analytics team
Work closely with technology teams to develop, test and deliver features and services
Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria 

Lead prioritization and development efforts with scrum team
Leverage data and analytics (qualitative + quantitative) to drive informed decisions, experimentation, and product strategy.
Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirements.
Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field required
2/3+ years of experience in Product Management/Development
Knowledge of reporting/analytical applications is a plus, i.e. Adobe
Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, LPM, etc.)
Impeccable communication skills, both on and offline
Leadership: Sound interpersonal skills and proven ability to navigate in a cross-functional setup. 
Organization and Planning: Plans, organizes, and schedules in an efficient, productive manner; focuses on key priorities; manages time well.
Proactivity: Always striving to deliver great products. Proactive, self-driven, curious, loves learning
