The Cross Portfolio Cloud Product Management team mission is to drive efficiency, synergies and lifecycle quality across the Cloud Product Management organization.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to provide executive-level coordination and support for the Cloud Cross Portfolio Product Management team. As the primary point of contact for key meetings and initiatives, you will manage complex schedules, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions, while ensuring accurate sign-off from stakeholders. You will also be responsible for publishing strategic documents, such as roadmaps, and collaborating with product managers. This role requires exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, and stakeholders across different time zones.
