Providing guidance and direction to technical team members in matters of design, architecture, development tasks, implementation, validation and monitoring
Set the coding standards by contributing to code reviews and help the team deliver more robust, maintainable and high-quality software
Understand the development work, infrastructure and technical environments, and the software design for the product the leader is responsible for
Supporting developers to overcome difficult coding and technical challenges; mentor the development team
Perform coding of complex areas of software development projects
Planning and prioritization of the backlog
Tracking the execution of technical tasks
Identify and mitigating any risks that they are observing to the plan
