This person will be responsible for working closing with enterprise team and developing plan for BFSI and IT&iTES accounts.Your Role· Lead the planning, development and execution of all the enterprise marketing initiatives in collaboration with key stake holders.· Understand the buyer's journey for enterprise accounts and develop the personalization strategy.· Develop and implement a cohesive account-based marketing plan that aligns with business goals.· Translate the marketing strategy into funnel by driving focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers.· Monitor overall programs performance to ensure we are on track to meet KPI's.What You Will Bring· 5-8 years of demand generation experience with software, SaaS-based or technology products in the B2b space.· Relevant experience developing high impact business growth generation programs and strategy setting for enterprise sized organization.· An understanding of B2B sales funnel and focus on driving leads, MQL and opportunities.· Experience of implementing, develop, execute and monitor ABM strategy.· Creative thinker, team player, detail oriented, self-motivated and an effective communicator· Ability to manage multiple priorities with responsibility and enthusiasm.
