Purchase Executive

Overview
:
We are hiring an experienced individual for Purchase Executive position for the manufacturing company of Plumbing products and the company is based in Bhandup, Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for document filling and reconciling all purchase orders.
Job Responsibilities:
Placing Purchase Orders
Follow up for Acknowledgement of PO
GRPO [ Goods Receipt PO ] & AP Inv [ Accounts Payable ] entries in SAP
Follow Up with the purchasers for pending orders regularly.
Follow up for Test Certificates, GAD, QAP & Internal Inspection Report
Original Documents filling
Reconcile pending orders with Vendor
Reconcile all Purchase Ledgers
Job Requirements:
Any Graduate.
Min 1 -2 years of experience.
Good Communication skills and Knowledge of Excel
Prefers only Female candidates, above 21 years of age.
