About the team:
Within our Customer Care team, Customer Success is in charge of making sure we help our clients grow. Because of the importance that our clients have for us, this is a team that is placed at the heart of our operations and a very important role.
We are recruiting ourCustomer Success Manager(CSM) , in charge of Small and Medium Business (SMB) inFrance, Italy and Middle East market.
We are specifically looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills and business acumen to help our customers succeed in reaching their business goals through an optimised use of Aircall.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and nurturea portfolioof customers in theFrench Market
Maximise your portfolio's expansion whileminimizing churnand contraction
Gather customer product feedbackto help shape and define the product roadmap
Bring in new ideasto delight our customers
Qualifications:
Flawless spoken and written French skills and fluent English (Italian or Hebrew are a plus).
A first work experience in a similar environment (sales, customer relations, customer service, marketing) would be highly appreciated.
You're a natural communicator.
Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment.
You appreciate and aim for structure and processes in your work.
