Customer/Partner Engagement Leader - Watson Offerings

You'll serve as a leader in defining solutions and driving adoption of our offerings for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.
You'll collaborate with client stakeholders and internal partners to understand the business problem and requirements, constraints of the system to facilitate, iterate and document the design and adoption of Digital Labor Solutions.

Your primary responsibilities include:
You will act as a trusted advisor across the lab and will own and execute the delivery of integrated Digital Labor solutions that meet the customer's business needs.
Collaborate with members of the client and IBMers team to define and execute proofs of concept and minimum viable solutions.
Propose and drive a larger agenda for the potential opportunities for IBM in the AI space.
Interact with clients to understand their AI requirements, strategies the solutions and guide them how we can help them to transform their processes using the IBM AI and automation technologies.
Guide data science and development teams to develop POCs to validate and showcase the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed AI solutions. Evaluate and iterate on POCs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
Propose design and architecture for the AI solution along with the implementation details.
Industry Trends and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, foundation models, and large language models. Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to assess their potential impact on solution design and implementation.
