Assistant Manager - Lease Abstraction

As Professional-Lease Abstraction, you areresponsible for overseeing the lease abstraction process for a company or organization. Responsible for leading and managing a team of lease abstractors who are responsible for extracting key information from lease agreements.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the lease abstracts are accurate and complete, and that all relevant information is included.
You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing standardized processes for lease abstraction, to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and accounting, to ensure that lease abstraction is aligned with overall business objectives.
Review and update lease abstracts to ensure they remain current and accurate.
You will be responsible for providing reports and analysis on lease abstraction to senior management, and for making recommendations for improvements.
