How will you make an impact in this role?
This is an exciting and dynamic position Of Senior Business Systems Analyst in the MIS & Analytics Team. MIS & Analytics Team has responsibility to enable global servicing network process to be the most efficient and effective by establishing the best-in-class MIS and analytics function. We support all BU's in GSG and are part of the Colleague MIS&A team with a focus on supporting new and tenured learners as well as Learning Strategy.
The individual will provide comprehensive MIS & Analytical support to Executive Leadership on key operations metrics across Servicing
Functions within GSG.
• Ensure that the existing MIS continues to function smoothly, identify data deficiencies in a timely manner, raise pertinent issues, and work with relevant partners to get them remediated
• Understand the analytical & reporting needs coming from leadership and translate these into effective and easy to understand
solutions
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in analytics methodologies and technologies
Minimum Qualifications
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Comfort executing in a certain level of ambiguity
Experience using current AMEX big data tools (Cornerstone, Hive, Yellowbrick, LUMI etc)
Experience creating dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel etc)
Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
Strong communication skills – ability to translate complex subjects to the understanding level of the audience
