Job Description
The RWA and Regulatory and Management reporting teams within In-Business Credit and Franchise Risk (IBCFR) are responsible for the Retail Advanced RWA models as well providing inputs for various regulatory reporting viz.- CCAR, FDIC, etc. and senior management reporting.
The Regulatory Risk Vice President will be responsible for establishment of processes, governance, controls, identification of gaps, tracking resolution of identified gaps for the Retail RWA and Regulatory and Management reporting teams.

Roles and Responsibilities-
Contribute to governance and oversight of the execution of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA, i.e. Risk & Control Self-Assessment) as required by the MCA Standard including the assessment and appropriate approval of risk associated with business changes.
Help manage the implementation of the Control Framework, including Risk Control Policy, Control Standard, Issue Management Policy, and Control Inventory in terms of the quality, completeness, and accuracy for a large team.
Partner with control and process owners to ensure corrective actions and improvements, review and challenge to ensure appropriate escalation in accordance with Issue Management and Escalation Policies.
Maintain Process Flows, related controls, underlying End User Computing (EUCs) in order to stay in sync with current state priorities.
Maintain the team's internal governance documentation as it relates to process management & improvement, change control, quality assurance and overview materials.
Track and manage weekly, monthly and quarterly deliverables to ensure completeness, accuracy, and relevance.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

Advanced Degree (Bachelors required, Masters preferred) in Finance, Management, Economics or closely related field.
10+ years of project management experience – preferably from a lending or financial services environment.
Proven relationship building and relationship management experience in a professional business setting required.
An extremely keen eye for detail and efficiency is necessary.
Excellence in Power point and Excel use in a professional business setting is required.
Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
Detailed-oriented and strong sense of ownership.
