Coordinator - Customer Operation
POSITION PURPOSE:
To ensure seamless & efficient execution of the O2B operations including resolution of customer requests. Focus on adapting new processes andtechnology to deliver best in class services and enable business targets achievement.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order management
Receive orders via MOE/ e-mail
Create /change orders received from CI via Chatter
Initiate approval requests/ workflows to overcome various blocks (pricing, credit set up in system)
Order fulfillment, Sales Returns and Billing
Execute and monitor transactions to enable delivery of product and billing
Submit details in workflows for sales return
Create return orders and issue CNs
Help resolve queries related to order/invoices
Inter party transfers
Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer-to-dealer transfer
Complete order creation and delivery transactions in SAP
Execute all non-immediately resolvable customer requests
Provide assistance with resolving any customer requests relayed by CI (e.g. order changes, etc.), engaging other internal functions as needed (e.g.Credit Management, Planning)
Execute transactions associated with complaints/ queries related to order invoices and returns, including investigating and resolving requests in thesystem
Others
Ensure compliance throughout processes
WHO YOU ARE:
Any graduate
2+ years of operational experience in Customer Services, Supply Chain preferred
Key skills: customer focus, results orientation, collaboration, agility
Knowledge of SAP SD module and MS Office is must
Good communication skills
Good in English and regional language
