Is beginning to make recommendations in response to contract asks and to negotiate with contracting parties. Independently reviews and analyzes non-complex, standard and some non-standard contract requirements and conducts complex research to support contract negotiations. Identifies contracting issues and recommends solutions. Is beginning to support the development of demand-side process improvements. May provide sourcing support in stakeholder and business partner meetings. Negotiates contracts in multiple assigned categories on a daily basis. Independently reviews and analyzes contract asks and effectively communicates requirements. Is beginning to recommend solutions and actions in response to contract asks. Contracts are non-complex but may occasionally consist of some non-standard elements. May support portions of more complex contract negotiations. Conducts complex research to support contract negotiations and compiles findings into an appropriate, intuitive format. May review findings compiled by more junior Sourcing roles for accuracy and legibility and advises on improvements. Is responsible for contract administration for a moderate quantity of standard contracts in the assigned categories, including NDAs, non-complex agreements, SOWs and terminations, among others. Identifies contracting issues and recommends solutions. Is beginning to support the development of demand-side process improvements in support of contract implementation. May support more senior Sourcing roles or the Senior Sourcing Manager in stakeholder and business partner meetings, as needed. No direct reports. Provides guidance to more junior staff. Supply Chain degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred,, knowledge of procurement and sourcing practices or relevant sourcing experience preferred..
