We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Processing Team Lead to join our BNY Pershing India Operations team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra, HYBRID.
In this role,
Candidate should have basic understanding on Investment banking Industry with sound knowledge in Client / Investor Reporting, Portfolio performance Analysis, Data extract from external source, Investors Holding Valuation, Holding Report generation etc
This role is responsible for the management of an operational team dealing with client holdings in UK / Emea market. The role requires both hands on management and strategic planning
Connect with multiple teams to ensure that all services are consistently satisfied or exceeded.
Ensuring Team complete activities within set SLAs with high accuracy levels.
This role is responsible to work on Client request and interact with client directly for escalation. Serving as the single point of contact for client queries and business requirements.
Ensuring all client queries received by the team are reviewed and resolved in line within expectations and ensuring delivery of a high level of client service both internally and externally.
Should be good in Data interpretation.
Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
Develops policies and processes to ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. Identifies and implements process improvements to improve the experience for all stakeholders
Co-ordinate testing and ensure test scripts are up to date and reflective of live process, plus support of software releases
Keep upto date with industry developments and changes.
Maintain departmental control models, produce MI and monitor KRIs to ensure they are up to date and reflective of processes to ensure regulatory breaches are minimized
Undertake new projects and new tools implementation .
Any other duties as required
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams ideally across multiple locations
Direct experience of dealing with a wide range of employee relations activities
6-10 years of related experience in a similar reporting development and analytical field preferred.
Bachelor's / Master degree in commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
Demonstrable understanding of FCA, CASS and CBI CAR rules
Strong systems skills/ability to define MI/ manipulate data (ideally intermediate+ Excel)
Senior management/Board experience
