We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Reconciliation Manager II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Accuracy: Ensuring that Recon are done accurately & discrepancies are resolved.A
Timelines: setting deadlines and make sure reporting are done in time.
Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies & implementing them to streamline & bring in new technology.
Communication: Facilitating communication between teams.
Hands on in Process: Should be involved in day-to-day work and learn the function.
Risk Management: Assessing risks associated with processes and implementing controls to mitigate.
Strong Stakeholder management.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Postgraduate / MBA Finance.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in US Custody business.
Should have managed a team of 20+ in his current role.
Experience of working in Wealth Management / Institutional Accounting / Corporate Actions / will be added advantage.
