We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Service Management II to join TSG team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
Business Management – Orchestrate financial and workforce annual budgets and forecasts, and monthly reviews (for financials:  B/S, Capex, Cash, and P&L).
Process Management - Demonstrate expertise guiding managers through end-to-end process mapping and analysis to  document identified integration points, pain points, and improvement opportunities
Business Intelligence:  Maintaining and expanding a Monthly Business Review Power BI dashboard

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Works with the management team to implement strategic initiatives
Independently work on more complex projects related to budget, business plans, risk-related items, regulatory items, communications (presentations/speeches) and implementation of policies, standards, and/or processes.
Work with internal initiative team members and leads to understand their functions and processes to design and define business intelligence, analytic and reporting requirements.
Support deployment and maintenance of a Business Intelligence solution with specific data gathering, analysis, modelling, and reporting requirements and publish dashboard / analytics in SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Work independently on project matters as related to analyses of project implementation status, providing feedback to project leadership of business plans and risk-related matters, communicating / presenting analyses and findings, and making recommendations for improvement in respective areas.
Works with the business or function management team to implement and enforce policies, standards, and processes.
Analyses project implementation status provides feedback and makes recommendations to improve the project status.
Assists in planning and administering business-led programs. such as people-related management, global location strategy, meeting management, etc.
Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
