Vice President, External Reporting -Regulatory Policy

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Grade K, Vice President, to join our External Reporting team. This role is located in Pune/Chennai, - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Purpose of the Role:The Regulatory Policy Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's compliance with laws and regulations. They will establish policies and procedures, ensure company-wide understanding and adherence, and act as the point of contact for all regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures to ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure that the company adapts its operations accordingly.
Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory compliance matters.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure regulatory considerations are integrated into product development and business operations.
Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the company during regulatory inspections and audits.
Prepare reports for senior management on the status of regulatory compliance within the company.
Doing an impact assessment for new products\regulation
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Required Qualifications:
A qualified accountant\MBA from Tier1\Tier 2 institute
A minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the relevant industry.
Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and applicable laws(BASEL\CRR\PRA\FCA\EBA)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations to a non-technical audience.
