Profile Description
We're seeking someone to join our team as Vice President within Administartion Team who will be responsible for eveloping, planning, and implementing the 2% CSR strategies and initiatives in India, ensuring compliance with the 2% CSR laws. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving community engagement and philanthropic efforts, enhancing the company's reputation, building stakeholder trust, and creating meaningful social impact. Based in Mumbai, this is a Vice President-level position reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs for India. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the team in India and Hong Kong.

What you'll do in the role:
•Support in driving the strategy and execution of the Firm's 2% CSR initiatives in India, including oversight of employee volunteer programs with CSR partners.
•Developing impactful programs aligned with the company's strategic focus areas.
•Driving budget and monitoring spending to deliver results in line with the annual action plan.
•Ensuring strict compliance as per the applicable 2% CSR laws, due diligence, and governance of processes.
•Build and maintain partnerships with charities, key stakeholders of the ecosystem and community organizations to maximize impact of CSR programs.
•Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of CSR programs and projects through measurable outcomes.
•Leverage 2% CSR partnerships to drive employee engagement.
•Support in execution of global volunteer campaigns such as Global Volunteer Month
What you'll bring to the role:
• A passion for social impact and a deep understanding of community development issues in India
• BA/BS and 12+ years of experience in Community Affairs, CSR, or philanthropy/non-profits
• Strong understanding of India's 2% CSR landscape, including regulatory compliance and due diligence requirements
• Strong project planning and organizational skills; project management with attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and management skills
• Logical and analytical skills
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Proactive, analytical, and patient, with an ability to work across corporate, non-profit, and public audiences.
• Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
• Professional and able to work with integrity, respect, and confidentiality always.Hard-working, hands-on, and collaborative team player
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Self-starter, resourceful, and a team player with ability to multi-task
Additionally, the successful candidate must:
•A priority will be familiarity with and experience of managing community affairs, philanthropy, and CSR programs.
•Familiarity with the skills-based volunteer/pro bono industry will also be important.
•Knowledge in impact measurement, program evaluation and reporting
•Experience in a corporate environment an advantage
