We are seeking a gifted and talentedAccount Excecutiveto join ourBerlinoffice.

This role involvesengagingqualified strategic prospects,demoingthe Aircall solution, providingtechnicalassistance, successfully navigating aproof of conceptandnegotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people.
Your mission @Aircall:

Manage prospects in the SMB segment from qualified lead to closing;
Use outbound selling strategies tocreate pipelineand find new business;
Position and articulate theAircall value propositionto your prospects;
Educate prospects throughcomplex sales-cyclesin order to create excitement and enthusiasm across multiple stakeholders;
Work side by side with Sales & Business Development Representatives to identifybusiness opportunitiesin your pipeline;
Forecast your monthly revenue achievements, crush yourquota and deliver revenue;
Represent Aircall withintegrityand professionalismat all times in all written and oral communications.
A little more about you:

Fluent in Germanwith a full professional proficiency inEnglish.
2 to 5 years of sales experienceis mandatory.
Knowledge ofsales methodologiessuch as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus.
Successful track record ofclosing net new businessand generating yourown pipelinethroughprospection.
Aproactive,driven sales approachto identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment.
Demonstrableorganizationalandtime managementskills.
Competitiveanddriven to achieve goals, build new skills and bring new ideas on how to do things faster and better.
