We're looking for a dynamicSales Development Representativeto be part of the first employees of our Mexico office and play a significant role in our expansion to theLATAMregion (Mexico, Colombia, and Chile). This position is based inMexico City (Polanco), and as one of the first employees in the country, you will have a direct impact on building Aircall's presence in the region.
In this inbound-focused role, you will engage withprospectswho have shown interest in Aircall's services, qualify them, and pass them along to theAccount Executivesfor further sales discussions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop strong consultative sales skills, contribute to the regional sales goals, and be part of a fast-growingSaaScompany.
Your mission @ Aircall
Engage withinbound prospectsfromMexico, Colombia, Chile, and other LATAM countries via chat and phone calls toqualifythem for the next steps in the sales cycle.
Gather valuableprospect informationto pass along toAccount Executivesin the LATAM market, assisting in closing deals and expanding Aircall's customer base.
Collaborate closely with theIBERIA/LATAM sales teamsto ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging across markets.
Develop yourconsultative sales skillsby learning from experienced AEs and gaining exposure to the entire sales cycle.
Contribute to growingAircall's presencein the LATAM market by drivinglead generationand supporting regional sales goals.
A little more about you
Fluency in both Spanish and English(written and spoken) is required to engage with prospects across LATAM.
Market knowledgeis essential—whether through living in, visiting, or having a strong affinity for LATAM cultures and business practices.
Strongcommunication skills: You actively listen, show empathy, and approach challenges with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellenttime management and organizational skills: You can manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to learn and grow: You're entrepreneurial, driven, and excited to develop your sales skills while contributing to Aircall's expansion in LATAM.
Positive energy & enthusiasm: You bring a can-do attitude, motivating both yourself and your team to reach new heights.
Experience withSalesforceand revenue engagement tools likeGongorOutreachis a plus.
