About this opportunity:

We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated Head of TA Operations to lead our globally centralized TA Operations to join our dynamic team at Ericsson. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant delivery of Talent Acquisition support services, including Background Verification , Offer Desk, Post-Offer Follow-Up (POFU), Onboarding, Employee Registration, and Reporting. The ideal candidate brings expertise in operational excellence, change management, and digital transformation within a Talent Acquisition function, along with a strong record of leading teams in a high-performance, service-driven environment.

What you will do:

Operational Excellence in TA Operations:
Oversee global TA Operations, ensuring seamless support for distributed teams.
Refine processes for BGV, Offer Desk, POFU, Onboarding, and Registration to minimize errors, enhance response times, and ensure compliance.
Track and report KPIs and SLAs to drive efficiency and meet strategic goals.

Change Management:
Lead TA process changes, ensuring global team readiness and stakeholder alignment.
Implement strategies to ease transitions and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with teams to minimize disruptions during updates.

Digital Transformation:
Drive technology adoption to enhance service delivery, automate processes, and improve data accuracy.
Identify and implement tools to streamline operations and elevate the candidate experience.
Leverage digital tools and analytics to support the TA lifecycle.

Process Improvement and Quality Control:
Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies through audits and workflow analysis.
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards, focusing on quality control.

Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a centralized TA Operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation, empowering team members to drive success.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong partnerships with TA leaders and stakeholders globally.
Address escalations, resolve concerns, and provide regular updates on performance and improvements.

The skills you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Over all 20+ years of experience in which 7+ years of experience in TA or HR Operations, with a proven track record in operational excellence, digital transformation, and team management.
Demonstrated experience leading centralized, high-impact operations teams in a global or multi-regional context.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive operational improvements.
Proficiency with HR technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong focus on service delivery.
Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
