Job Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role within Global Campus Recruitment Team and responsible for crafting and driving Campus recruitment strategies for American Express. These strategies include improving the prospective and full-time student experiences in addition to collaborating with Colleague Experience Group and line of business colleagues to acquire and retain the best talent.
Spearhead the development and execution of innovative campus recruitment strategies that align seamlessly with organizational talent priorities and future workforce needs.
Forge and sustain influential partnerships with premier academic institutions and professional bodies to cultivate diverse talent pipeline.
Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to translate business objectives into innovative, data-driven talent acquisition solutions.
Strategize and execute with agility on evolving business models of campus programming. E.g., Pivot between a Role Cluster or a UCIO based approach for long term
Manage partnership with key strategic Tech Specific schools and identify high ROI ones for the core business unit assigned plus others.
Suggest, ideate and design MVP ideas which bring adjacent role clusters like Products and GSG/MIS closer to the Tech Campus Program.
Architect and amplify employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a first-choice destination for credible early-career talent.
Champion the design and delivery of flagship programs, such as internships and leadership development pipelines, ensuring outstanding candidate and partner experiences.
Harness recruitment analytics and market intelligence to continuously refine processes, elevate outcomes, and craft strategic hiring decisions.
Drive impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within recruitment strategies, encouraging a culture of innovation and representation.
Lead the end-to-end campus hiring season with precision, from proactive recruitment initiatives to seamless onboarding, while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
Curate high-impact recruitment campaigns and engagement platforms that captivate talent and strengthen brand visibility across campuses.
Act as a visionary advisor to organizational leadership, providing actionable insights on emerging market trends and strategic talent acquisition opportunities. This role may be subject to additional background verification checks

Qualifications and Skills Required: 
Masters' qualification from reputed institutes – preferably in full-time mode and in the field of HR / Organizational Behavior / Employee Relations / Career Management.
Overall, 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment management domain with min. 18 months of campus recruitment experience, handling relations with premier Business Schools and Engineering colleges in India. Ideal to have exposure to both Business School and Engineering School hiring across 2 seasons
Proven track record to collaborate and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic hiring goals
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics, and market trends to craft hiring initiatives,
Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate University / College Relationships or with Academic councils / government bodies
Authentic proficiency in getting results, collaborating, and influencing others, critical thinking, etc.
Good project management skills and ability to deliver on multiple tangled projects and tasks by prioritizing appropriately
Relationship Building Skills - Good internal and external relationship management skills across all levels of a large organization, including senior leadership
Desire to provide structure through simple solutions in ambiguous, highly dynamic business situations
Proven customer service skills to get results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation, power point, and excel skills
