We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra  – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
The Global Payments Product Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and execution of our global payment's initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong track record in driving projects from conception to launch and a deep understanding of clearing products and payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that enhances our clearing products and payment services portfolio.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions that meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Product Management team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market opportunities and create compelling product propositions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in payments and clearing services.
Drive customer-centric product development, ensuring exceptional user experiences and high customer satisfaction.
Manage the budget, resources, and timelines for product initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on payments or clearing services.
Strong understanding of payment systems, clearing products, and related regulations.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
