As part of the Banking International Client & Legacy Franchise (BICL) Learning & Culture team the Learning Advisor will be responsible to globally align and support in driving learning excellence for a portfolio of Global Functions across markets in APAC, the Middle East and Africa (MEA). These Global Functions include Technology, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Enterprise Services & Public Affairs (ESPA), and the Chief Operating Office. Reporting to the Learning Advisor – International East (APAC + MEA), this role will collaborate closely with senior leadership in these functions, HR partners, and regional and global learning partners to identify learning needs and deliver comprehensive learning solutions that are aligned with existing enterprise offerings.

This role requires commercial awareness and subject matter expertise to consult with and influence stakeholders while aligning the global learning agenda on people development initiatives across the locations and functions outlined above.

In this role, you're expected to:
Partner with the Operations & Technology and Global Functions Learning Head, as well as the respective learning product category leads to drive any global agendas, and consult them on geography specific needs.

Establish trusted relationships with Human Resource and Functions Leaders to consult and provide learning advisory support

Manage stakeholders across the locations and functions in your portfolio, and offer learning and cultural development advisory as a part of their overall people strategy

Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and impact. Market, evaluate and communicate the impact of initiatives with HR, O&T and Functions leadership

Adopt a data driven approach in the design and delivery of Learning and Culture solutions and initiatives

Work towards certification to facilitate programs in the areas of leadership and professional development, and support the Leadership Development team in delivering global programs in the country where required

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:
At least 12 years of relevant learning and development experience with a track record of managing relationships with senior leaders.

Experience working across regions, cultures, and geographies within a large financial services or regulated multinational organization will be preferred

Strong advisory and execution skills with the ability to align learning and development initiatives with business objectives to drive measurable results

Ability to work effectively and partner in a global stakeholders

Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, and training delivery/facilitation experience will be preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Additional certifications in learning & development are a plus
