About the Role:As a Senior Manager - Human Resources, you'll be at the forefront of shaping FanCode's talent strategy. By aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, promoting a high-ownership culture, and improving the overall employee experience, you'll play a key role in driving organisational success. By focusing on top talent attraction and development, you'll ensure we're primed for the challenges ahead
Your Role
Develop and implement strategic talent solutions, from identifying talent needs to succession planning, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop critical skills aligned with current and future business objectives
Design and execute Talent Management solutions, including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance initiatives like development programs, 360-degree feedback, etc to drive FanCoder growth. Also liaise with the Compensation & Benefits team on compensation strategies
Support business strategy by enhancing organisational capabilities, fostering desired behaviors, and designing interventions or initiatives like change management, team building, leadership development, etc that promote a high-ownership culture and drive business growth
Assess the organization's dynamics and design strategies to enhance efficiency, while acting as a culture ambassador to promote company values, strengthen the culture, and conduct culture audits for alignment
Coach Captains and leaders to boost team effectiveness, foster open communication, and challenge perspectives to drive better outcomes, while providing strategic guidance on all talent matters
Design and implement policies that enhance the overall employee experience
Oversee seamless HR operations, including onboarding, attendance management, and exit processes
Must-Haves
8-10 years experience in HR with at least 6 yrs in Business Partnering, Talent Management & Organization Development preferably in a Product/Tech startup or Saas company
Strong experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals, coaching leaders, and driving organizational success
Superior project management skills and ability to drive programs independently
People-oriented and affable with strong communication & interpersonal skills – Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Data-Driven & Metrics-Focused – Ability to analyse and leverage data to drive HR decisions, measure success, and continuously improve organizational performance
