We have a global remit and, with our partners across the company, we bring the best of American Express services to life through our digital experiences.We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join the Digital Financial Experiences team. The Senior Product Manager will drive global development for digital experiences with millions of daily views, focusing on defining the roadmap and strategy for line and lending integrations across our global web experience.With an outcome-first approach our core goals include driving customer satisfaction, engagement, digital adoption, and revenue contribution. The card represents a customer's relationship with American Express, and you will work to be the voice of that customer as you develop digital journeys that enable customers to manage that relationship online. This person will partner closely with a team of product managers, engineers, designers, analytics and effectively engage multiple stakeholders across the organization.Our product managers are often at the center of it all, connecting the dots, driving the core vision and the day-to-day. If that fits your career vision, we'd love to hear from you.How will you make an impact in this role?Define your product vision and your roadmap by working with leadership, key stakeholders, and partnersDrive global development for experiences with millions of daily views, partnering closely with other web and mobile team membersWork closely with technology teams to develop, test and deliver features and servicesTranslate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteriaCommunicate the vision of card management, its impact to marketing and other content, and the high-level business needs to leaders across the organizationLead prioritization and development efforts with scrum teamsEmbody design-thinking in your practice, including empathy and journey mapping, and UX researchLeverage data and analytics (qualitative + quantitative) to drive informed decisions, experimentation and product strategy.Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap and requirementsSupport development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performanceMinimum QualificationsUniversity degree in a related field required2/3+ years of experience in Product Management/DevelopmentProven track record with consumer-facing product(s) and a core product visionExperience with rapid and iterative software development methodologiesA solid understanding of application architecture (e.g. web, native app, PWA, APIs etc)Knowledge of reporting/analytical applications, i.e. AdobeExperience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, LPM, etc.) a plusImpeccable communication skills, both on and offlineWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
