Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Analysts, fostering a culture of strong collaboration, curiosity, and ownership at all levels. Provide guidance, support, and thought leadership to product leaders to harness available insights in support of critical business needs, goals and decisions. Deliver compelling vision and strategy for the product analytics function, driving utilization of best practices and fostering a data based decision making culture within product management and across the organization.Deliver on the OKRs and milestones you set for your team. Clearly communicate and align stakeholders at all levels regarding the requirements, timing, and contents of deliverables. Set clear priorities for the team and effectively help resolve prioritization conflicts.
