We're seeking a future team member for the role ofSenior Director, Reconciliations Strategyto join our Custody Operations team. This role is located in Pune, India – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Strategy Development
Define and develop a comprehensive strategy to ensure opportunities for reconciliation breaks are minimised across all teams in Custody Operations.
Analyze current reconciliation processes and identify key areas for improvement across.
Establish clear goals, objectives, and KPIs for reconciliation management.
Partner across Operations and Engineering to drive technology enhancements to core platforms with the goal of reducing reconciliation breaks at-source.
Implementation & Execution
Lead the implementation of the Custody Operations reconciliation strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's operational goals of delivering best-in-class service to clients and optimizing operational processes.
Develop and deploy standardized reconciliation processes and best practices across business units.
Coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams to improve reconciliation functionality within existing tools, and drive improvement to reconciliation processes.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Control to ensure effective reconciliation processes.
Engage with external stakeholders, such as clients and regulators, to understand reconciliation requirements and address concerns.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and buy-in for reconciliation initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within Custody Operations through adoption of low-code/no-code technologies, such as Alteryx, Power Bi, Ui Path, etc.
Stay up to date with industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance reconciliation accuracy and efficiency.
