We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Sourcing to join our CAO/CFO Business Sourcing Lead team. This role is located in Pune, India
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
Drive business adherence to the BNY Third-Party Governance (TPG) Framework, meeting all regulatory requirements based on BNY TPG Policies for external vendor engagements.
Support the respective line(s) of business on any matters involving Third Party oversight, monitoring, and risk mitigation and escalation, which includes assisting Engagement Managers throughout the lifecycle of a third-party engagement.
Support risk identification, risks management and on-going oversight for products and services provided to the CAO and CFO lines of business by external vendors
Proactively guide and support all internal and external stakeholders involved with TPG deliverables to successfully execute both project-based initiatives and strategic management of third-party providers.
Analyze necessary data and execute tactical and strategic deliverables as required within given timeframes. 
Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to identify, escalate, and remediate third party risks, holding all parties accountable to execute remediation plans.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
At least 5 years of total work experience preferred with prior experience in Third Party Governance (internal and external parties) and/or Sourcing/Procurement
Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders
Ability to work across organizational lines and proactively problem solve with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
Project management experience with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to self-manage workload and goals independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven organization
Proficiency using vendor management and risk management software or tools is a plus
