We are now looking for SAP BTP Automation & App development Technology Specialist to ensure secure and scalable development, deployment and continued evolvement of SAP digital foundation
Enterprise IT is a function hosted in Group Function Global Operations with the aim to shape and execute our digital strategy, vision and to ensure cross-functional execution. Enterprise Automation platforms is a key enabler in driving radical transformation and Enterprise IT continues to build up best in class platforms in this area to enable business transformation.
For this position we are looking for a highly qualified SAP Technology leader with Development and Hyper automations experience to join our team!
You will be dedicated to working cross-functionally partnering with different units and stakeholders on all levels, influencing strategies, objectives and targets of the unit. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in developing complex solutions and automation initiatives leveraging SAP BTP automation and app development capabilities.
What you will do:
-Define technical product roadmap. Drive functional and non-functional requirements, conduct analysis and establish metrics for success
-Safeguard the product design, integrations and architecture
-Provide advice on best practices and approaches to technology teams and internal business stakeholders
-Run design authority to ensure solutions are developed with fit-for-purpose
-Collaboration with Enterprise Architects and other experts within Ericsson to promote and to align on technology strategy, architecture, security and compliance requirements for the platform.
The skills you bring:
15+ Years working within SAP eco system and minimum 3 years' experience of working with SAP BTP technology stack
Enterprise architect certifications (TOGAF, Zachman etc.)
Experience in IT design, development and architecture as well as in Product Management
Exposure to Composable architectures development
Excellent motivation skills, being both self-motivated & self-directed with ability to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines and able to motivate others at all levels
Additional Requirements
IT processes, tools and infrastructure knowledge, Agile mindset
Experience in data integration applications / handling data from multiple source systems including SAP and HANA
Familiar with industry best practices in web and mobile app development
