The Ops Support Specialist 5 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to:
- Providing robust solutions to NAM employees queries coming on HR Help Center through cases or emails
- Prioritize requests by fulfilling the Employees' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior
- Should be able to multitask, manage assigned tasks by meeting or exceeding productivity benchmark along with utmost accuracy
- Provide regular status updates for assigned tasks to manager and larger audience
Responsibilities:
To provide relevant solutions to employee queries by coordinating with multiple teams
Serve as primary liaison between the employees, SME and various HR teams within and outside HR delivery.
Resolve customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues, providing efficient and effective customer service to Citi's employees
Resolve complex problems based on best practice/precedence, escalating as needed
To enhance employee experience by providing them with end-to-end resolution
Appropriately assess risk when providing any comments or solutions, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience in handling inquiries preferably in HR domain
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work unsupervised and apply problem solving capabilities
Shift Timings:
Candidate should be flexible to work in evening / night shift
Education:
Graduate or Equivalent
