Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and driving sales & revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to identify potential partnerships, negotiate deals and close business contracts. You will play a key role in expanding the market presence and achieving its long-term goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Research potential markets and industries to uncover new leads and opportunities for growth.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Implement strategies for generating qualified leads and converting them into profitable business relationships.
Develop business development strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Lead negotiations with clients and partners, drafting and closing agreements that are favorable to both parties.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company's objectives.
Prepare regular reports on business performance, potential opportunities, and forecasts for growth.
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to communicate their value to potential clients.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Experience in travel and tourism industry is a plus point.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think critically and strategically to identify opportunities for growth.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Experience with CRM platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
