The Role
We are seeking a dynamicRecruiting Coordinatorto join our growing People Operations and Talent Acquisition team in India. This6-month project roleoffers the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. You will ensure a seamless hiring process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Your organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and commitment to excellence will directly support our mission to hire top talent while establishing Addepar's presence in India.
Working hours for this role align with standard business hours in IST with some flexibility, and we are ideally seeking someone who is interested in working in a hybrid office environment alongside the rest of our TA team in Pune.
What You'll Do
Support Recruiting Operations:Collaborate closely with the People Operations team to provide onsite and virtual support for recruiting needs in our expanding Pune office.
Candidate Scheduling:Coordinate complex schedules to facilitate interviews and hiring processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Candidate Experience:Serve as candidates' primary point of contact, managing scheduling and providing onsite support for in-person interviews.
Global Collaboration:Partner with teams in the USA and UK, requiring flexibility for occasional meetings outside local working hours.
Process Optimization:Contribute to the continuous improvement and documentation of best practices and People Team processes.
Brand Establishment:Play a key role in promoting and supporting the new Addepar India Inc. brand.
Applicant Tracking System:Maintain job details and ensure data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse).
Project Collaboration:Increase hiring efforts by supporting Talent Acquisition projects
Who You Are
Experience:Previous experience supporting a fast-paced, high-volume Recruiting or People Team within a global organization. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role would be highly desired.
Problem-Solver:Proven ability to independently resolve challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
Organized:Impeccable organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Communicator:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate challenges and solutions.
Global Perspective:Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
Preferred Skills:Familiarity withGreenhouseATS and proficiency inGoogle Suite. Experience with scheduling automation tools is a plus.
Important Note - This role requires working from our Pune office 3 days a week (Hybrid work model)
