We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our Program Management Support team. In this role, you will support our global Program teams during the design and development phases of Zebra products. Your responsibilities will include executing, monitoring, and reporting on key program activities related to resource record maintenance, material distribution, and financial support. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise in essential database tools used by program management, offering both one-on-one and group training sessions as needed.
Responsibilities:
Resource record management: add/remove/update resource records as needed in the Zebra Planisware database
Work closely with Zebra Supervisors to ensure data integrity of the Planisware database resource records
Material Mgt - ordering, receiving, storing and distribution of program material worldwide.
Support Program financial activities by creating: eSar, SOW, NDA, Pcard, Vendor setup and Purchase Orders.
Manage financial database activities –support monthly finance close, reconciliation and AP resolution
PM Processes – Understand PM processes to support tracking and training and guidance to PM's where needed.
Prioritize and manage day-to-day activities requested from Program team members and report up weekly status.
Identify areas for improvement and implements improvements of work processes.

Qualifications:
Preferred Education:
Bachelors and Equivalent .

Preferred Work Experience (years):
2-4 years

Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
Strong communication skills (listening, providing clear and concise information, using proper language
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail/ quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate change, adopt and apply new skills.
Microsoft excel advanced skills.
Microsoft PowerPoint and word- intermediate to advanced skills
Strong Skilled in software tools including MS Office SharePoint, Power Bi
Skilled in delegation and follow up.
Demonstrated skills in transfer of knowledge / 1:1 training methods
