Project Program Management Advisor

Required:

Around 8+ years of overall Experience, 2-3 years into Delivery Management role.
Proficiency in managing project lifecycles, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
Ability to coordinate tasks and dependencies across multiple teams, ensuring cohesive project delivery.
Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage expectations and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and to resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
Strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and make informed decisions under pressure.
Ability to manage and implement change effectively, including adapting plans to meet evolving project needs.
Capacity to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and project scopes in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with JIRA

Preferred:
Strong understanding of relevant technologies at BT, and it's IT infrastructure to guide technical teams effectively.
Strong understanding of relevant technologies, software development, and IT
Expertise in implementing and managing Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to enhance team efficiency.
