Project Program Manager Sr Specialist

The Opportunity
Responsible for overseeing finances (Revenue/Costs/Forecasting), project resourcing and project setup administration at an Account level per project in accordance with relevant order documents.
Perform project accounting tasks (e.g. SAP timesheet mgmt, forecast adjustments, invoicing, third party resource usage) and support project managers on financials
Ensure all projects maintain an-up-to date resource plan and that this plan is accurately reflected in the relevant Finance, Resourcing and Project Management systems
Ensure that any third parties assigned to projects are under contract and that their Purchase Orders correctly reflect their planned project allocation.
Collect, consolidate and analyse program and project data to support effective decision making
Taking a pro-active approach to resolving problems, escalating concerns and leading status calls with senior stakeholders
Implement project standards across all projects in the portfolio, and monitor compliance of projects and programmes and highlight reports, plans, risk and issue registers and lessons learned logs, directly challenging any poor practice with consultants and managers
Develop excellent working relationships with all individuals within the team, whilst exerting and maintaining a strong level of authority with respect responsibilities within the PMO Analyst's remit
