Job Summary
We are hiring Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager with great technical acumen and excellent people management skills. Should have 18-22 years of experience  in transport domain, with at least 10 years in team leadership role. Candidate is responsible for managing the customer and lead SMEs & Engineers to ensure delivery as per defined scope. 
Roles & Responsibilities :
•    Ensure E2E service provisioning across devices of different domains IP, Optical and Microwave.
•    Analyzing current ways of working and developing strategies to adapt and improve.
•    Defining processes and procedures for the NOC staff to ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs).
•    Implement and maintain the NOC-related service support and delivery processes to continuously improve services to the customers and achieve desired targets.
•    Constantly research, identify and implement processes as well as recommend steps required to enhance efficiencies of the NOC operations.
•    Ensuring all activities performed by team according to defined SLAs.
•    Mentor the team and resolve day to days issues.
•    Planning, implementing, and maintaining staff competence development according to project deliverables.
•    Overseeing coordination and communication with customer and other stake holders.
•    Reporting daily/weekly/monthly progress to customer and internal management.
•    Understand and solve problems to ensure smooth project delivery.
•    Ensure budgetary control.
•    Work cooperatively with colleagues and external stakeholders to promote the Company's overall business.
•    Perform any other duty as directed by line.

•    Ability to drive work both independently toward the successful attainment of department goals and project completion dates, and as part of a team to leverage input and knowledge base of others within the company in providing well-rounded and thoughtful information and solutions.
•    Ability to identify key contacts for follow-up; excellent ability to communicate project and status updates to team and cross functionally to ensure understanding.

Technical Skills
•    Excellent understanding of network Service Architecture.
•    Strong IP, Optical & Microwave Design, integration and troubleshooting skills.
•    Prior working experience on at-least one OEM's product in each domain. IP - Cisco/Juniper/Nokia/ZTE/Huawei, Optical/DWDM - Huawei/ECI/Ciena/ Tejas, MW - Huawei/Ericsson/Ceragon/NEC/ZTE
•    Good understanding of Layer-3/Layer-2 technologies, like, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS, Segment Routing, EVPN, MPLS L2/L3 VPN, MPLS-TE, QOS, VLAN/VxLAN, Optics, SDH, SONET, DWDM, OTN, SDN Carrier Ethernet, MPLS-TP etc.
Experience Requirements :
•    Minimum 18 years of experience in transport domain, with at least 10 years as a team leadership role.
•    Working experience of IP, Optical and Microwave domain products.
Education & Qualifications :
•    Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication/Electronics/CS/IT with relevant experience of 18-22 years.
