Department Profile
We are currently seeking an experienced Associate and/or a Vice President to join our IBD teams based in Hong Kong. Successful candidates will become our key members working on a diverse range of transactions including M&A, equity / debt capital raising, etc. while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities:
• Play an important role in deal execution and business development proposals including but not limited to financial analysis, financial modeling, credit analysis, industry research, preparation of offering memoranda and interacting with clients
• Prepare presentation materials and participate in deal pitches
• Lead day-to-day project management together with clients and other working parties, including lawyers and accountants
• Provide guidance to analysts and support senior team members
Skill required:
• Ideally have at least 4 years of IBD work experience in reputable financial institutions
• Prior execution experience in equity capital markets, M&A or broader corporate finance with a proven track record
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin are highly preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with sound knowledge of financial, accounting and operational concepts
• Strong academic background with a track record of success
