Job Title : Managing Principal – India Domestic Sales
Experience : 15+ Years
Job Location: Mumbai 
Reports to Partner
As a leader in the team, In this role, you will have a key leadership priority to engage with high-profile Financial services clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their key challenges and priorities. 
Must have-Very well connected within Indian Banking industry and leadership attributes to lead P&L. You will also:
Lead a high performing team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive value and performance through their business operations
Drive connection and impact for some of the most inspiring Financial sector programs and organizations
Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of complex operations transformation and the ability to manage several client initiatives and closures. 
Work with leaders to discover and shape new market opportunities including preparation of proposals and thought leadership
Drive capability building in our team to ensure excellence in client service delivery, through leadership, coaching and learning and development activities.
Work with the leadership of our practice to optimize and lead on ways of working across projects, resource management, collaboration, and team engagement.

Having a strong commercial focus, with proven track record of leading sales opportunities and domain propositions.
Ability to build market networks and relationships. Strong end-to-end generalist problem solving skills, e.g., defining and deconstructing problems.
Extensive project and people management experience with P&L and market development.

Key for this role is to have a background in Financial Services within one of our core capability areas as listed below: Well-connected within financial institutions covering Banks, NBFCs, Asset management and Insurance organizations. Good understanding of India stack and India domestic spends and buying cycle.
