We specialize primarily in banking, capital markets, wealth and investment management, finance, risk & compliance, and insurance. We also have an energy consulting practice in the US. We serve our clients from offices in leading financial centers across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Your primary responsibility is to develop and implement strategies that enable the effective organization, quality assurance and utilization of sales/consulting collaterals on our Knowledge portal – MarketHub
Acting as a key Knowledge Management SME across regions
Executing access request for MarketHub
Providing utilisation and coverage metrics reports for action
Orchestrating Sample QA – Should have a good understanding of how good sales collaterals look like
Providing aging metrics and driving the update of aged documentation
Maintaining alignment with central Capco taxonomy and enhancing MarketHub specific one as it evolves
Driving the creation and update of good quality Sales Enablement owned collateral
Maintaining MarketHub structure and data quality
Setting and maintaining naming conventions standards
Driving the expansion of the MarketHub (incl. diversity of content outside of sales into delivery)
