Manager - Plant Maintenance Services

Position Title: Site Manager – Plant Utility and Switchyard Operation & Maintenance  .

Term of Employment: Siemens Direct Contract

Location: Bidadi, Bengaluru

Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech. – Electrical Engineering with Supervisor license

Number of years of relevant experience required.
10-15 years

Specialization:
Plant Maintenance – 132KV / 220KV /400KV switchyard operation and Maintenance, Electrical distribution system, Air Compressors and Chillers etc.

Experience Requirements:
•Should be well verse with EHS rules and procedures specific to service projects and services business.
•220kV/22kV Switchyard operation and maintenance
•Exp. in Maintenance of MV switch gear – Areva / Schnieder make, Siemens make 3AH3, 3AH5
•LV Switch Gear Schneider Make.
•Knowledge of Numerical Relays including Siemens 7SJ61. DIGSI software knowledge is desirable
•Maintenance of oil type of Transformers up to 35 MVA transformers 
•Motors maintenance and troubleshooting
•Should have In Depth knowledge of Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Plant Utility equipment like Air Compressors, Dryers, Chillers, LPG / HSD Yard, etc.
•Daily planning and monitoring of Maintenance activity
•Root Cause Analysis of Breakdowns and reporting to Customer. 
•Spare monitoring and planning
•Site KPI monitoring and steps to be taken to achieve the same.
•Skill mapping of team members
•5S maintaining in work area.
•Lead the team and set an example with leadership role at site.
•MIS Report preparation and ISO documentation.
•Site Commercial activities 
•Monitoring of Site HR activities 

Target Industry:   Automotive Industry or Similar process industry Maintenance

Salary Range (CTC) : Upto Rs. 80,000 per month
