India. Our areas of focus include – Healthcare Equipment Financing, Machine
Tools Equipment Financing, Printing Equipment Financing, Plastic Molding
Equipment Financing and Packaging Equipment Financing. We provide financing for
equipment manufactured by Siemens and a wide array of other well-known manufacturers
from India. In addition to this we also provide financing for International

This role has reporting into to Manager- Factoring.
Functions expected to be performed would be a part of Central
operations teams.
Onboarding
of factoring business and ensuring compliance and internal policies are
adhered-
Collaborate with cross functional
stakeholders to service the customers
Actively
participate in system requirement mapping and testing
Manage
and publish various operational MIS for business reporting
Ensure audit readiness
Process improvement initiatives
Education & Experience:
Relevant experience of 6- 8 years
Experience in banking or NBFC sector along with
experience of handling factoring product for 3 years.
Experience in operations for onboarding and
disbursement process (customer service can be add on responsibility, not a
mandatory requirement)
Candidate should have process-oriented approach
with focus on controls, compliance and willing to take ownership.
Should have digital mindset and bring innovation
and automation to the processes.
Knowledge of compliance guidelines /framework
defined by RBI other governing bodies.
Should be a team player.
