Required Skills
8 to 10 years' experiencein delivering ERP projects / programs in international environments
Proven track record as Project lead or ITDM/scrum master on at least 2+ full cycle SAP implementations covering all key aspects of IT 
(Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment) in FIN/SCM domains
Preferred proficiency with project management tools viz. Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Microsoft Excel & Power point, with the ability to create custom reports & high quality presentations for project governance and tracking
Ability to host & lead meetings with internal & external customers both in person and remotely
Solid understanding of main SAP modules in FIN & SCM - Working experience in Solution Manager (SolMan) is a plus
Understanding of Delivery methodologies viz Agile, Waterfall, DevOps.

Business Domain experience
Ability to have an excellent understanding of the business content of the program through own experience
Good understanding to people impacts of business change and knowledge of change management objectives

Role Purpose
The role is located at VSSI (Vodafone Shared Services India), Pune, & is to lead deliveries across major & roadmap SAP projects implementation, and rollouts. This includes the overall delivery leadership, including excellence in Technology, People, Process, & Stakeholders management.The delivery manager will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery outcomes, on schedule, within scope, & cost.
