The team you will be a part of
The Channel Sales (Commission) team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

This role in summary
The Zonal SPD manager is responsible for development of monthly demand plan of the particular region. Also responsible for leading and reviewing regions' spare part distribution sales force productivity to in order to meet
the required targets.
Your responsibilities will include
o Responsible for development of monthly demand plan for the region
o Drive target-setting for SPD executives and is also responsible for conducting periodic reviews
o Responsible for leading and reviewing region SPD sales force productivity to meet value and GM targets
o Responsible for executing sales value and GM targets for the specific region
o Manages deployment of trade schemes in coordination with region
o Develops SPD engagement plan to build and strengthen SPD relationships with the company.
o Key Performance Indicators:
? Spare Parts Value delivery
? Spare Parts GM delivery
? SPD network reach
Minimum requirements
6-7Years of sales experience, preferably in Spare Part sales
Experience in handling key accounts
Preferred skills and experiences
? Result- driven approach
? Strategic Thinking
? Experience in handling key accounts
? Channel management and Relationship Management
