Role Description:
Technical Sales and Proposal Engineer– Steam Turbine Modernization and Upgrades, Performance Assessment, Thermal Plants Flexible Operations and other Business Growth Topics - Thermal Power Plant Equipment
Connect with various customers to develop leads and opportunity pipeline.
Prepare and compile technical proposal for offers related to Steam TurbineModernization and Upgrades, Performance Assessment, Flexible Operations, etc., while coordinating with all functions.
Prepare Scope of Work as per Customer specifications and Division of Responsibilities between various functions.
Conduct technical risk assessments based on scope of work and our technical proposal.
Support bid management team on various technical scope, clarifications, coordination, etc.
Conduct site assessments, including site surveys (measurements, scanning, etc.) in coordination with all functions.
Role requires product knowledge & experience of Power Plants (Industrial to Utility), with design and process understanding of steam turbines, auxiliary systems, and various thermal power plants equipment and systems.
Exposure to work on Boiler, Heat Pumps, Heat Exchangers and HRSG will be preferable.
Work closely in a dynamic team with consultants & clients. Ability to handle highly complex agile environment like startups.
Have growth mindset to work with multiple stakeholders within Siemens and outside.

1.Experience: Between 8 – 12 years in areas mentioned above
2.Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
3.Includes frequent travel to power plant and industrial sites for few days or weeks, for conducting performance assessment and technical discussions.
