Job Description
- Handling operational activities in large volume related to Expat Payroll & Global Mobility Processes - Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for their teams - Prepare Process Maps for different sub-processes and keep on modifying it to provide great Colleague Experiences - Manage Claim process for all Tesco Assignees across the globe in Hessel system. It includes clarifying the queries of assignees about claim eligibility, tracking the expenses and approving the claim request - Manage international medical insurance process for all assignees. - Managing all the expenses related to Global Mobility by raising PR/PO and then settling the invoice with different Suppliers for the services taken - Preparing various reports related to Global Mobility for all the assignee population of Tesco on monthly basis and share it with relevant stake holders. - Should maintain and track data through Global Mobility tool(Assignment Pro) by providing proper inputs. - Initiate the Tax filing process for all Assignees of Tesco and follow up with assignees to get all the documents/details within the deadlines set by different Countries.
Qualifications
- Data management and Reporting - Expert - Planning and Organizing - Expert - MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) - Good analytical and communication skills
- Any Graduate, - Relevant functional experience is required
Mandatory: 4 years of end-to-end life cycle alignment in Global Mobility is a must.
