Job description:
We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will lead, coordinate and support technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area. The Implementation manager will also plan and monitor service and material requirements needed to secure an efficient implementation of Site, etc. In this role, you will ensure work is carried out within the project requirements and expected to analyze, prepare, implement, complete test cases, and verify the configuration and integration of a node/network/system. The scope could cover the scenarios of new nodes/network/system, upgrades, expansion (functionality & capacity) and migration.
Key Deliverables
• Organize and coordinate work with Define scope of implementation and create detailed time plan.
• Drive implementation improvements- Secure that processes, quality, and instructions etc. are well defined.
• You will organize and coordinate rollouts, Handle work orders and compensation, Plan and follow up of quality assurances.
• OHS KPI measurements are in place and continuously measured.
• Manage acceptance procedures- Together with Customer and Project Manager agree on acceptance procedure
• Manage acceptance procedure towards suppliers too.
• Create implementation workforce Scope accordingly to contract plan.
• Follow-up cost in accordance to budget.
• Secure installation and commissioning/ Handle ASP staff/ Enforce quality and OHS assurance/ Lead and delegate site work.
• Organize and coordinate work in defining scope of implementation and create detailed time plan in agreement with A(SP) Management, Customer and Project Manager plan the rollout
• Based on the rollout plan secure internal and external rollout capacity & perform coordination works in reporting
• Perform progress meeting, with Customer and Suppliers and secure progress reporting and information flow
• Drive implementation improvements to secure processes, WoW, instructions etc. are well defined and ensure that quality, E & OHS and Security KPI measurements are in place and continuously measured.
• Based on improvement possibilities drive changes and updates. Act on quality, E & OHS and Security issues, implement new WoW, processes, and instructions.
Education:
• BE / BTech - ECE / IT / CS preferred with PMP or Prince 2 or ITITL
• Years of experience: 12+ years
